Market segmentation is the process of dividing the total group of consumers into distinct sub markets or groups based on the similarity on behavior, needs and wants or other characteristic.

are group of consumers who has the similarity in wants, needs, behavior and characteristic. They will respond to the marketing mix in similary way.

TARGET MARKET:
Target market is a one particular group of potential consumer that the organizarion seek to satisfy them with the product.

PRODUCT DIFFERENTATION:
Exist ehrn the product from one company is percieved different from any tangible or intangible characteristic and also in term of their strategy in developing marketing mix.

POSITIONING:
Positioning is the process or decision involve in shapping the product image into the customer's mind

The marketing concept is the cusytomer-oriented-phylosophy that stressess the customer in satisfaction as the key to achiving the organizational goals.

The phylosophy said that, firm or company should put focused their effort in identifying and satisfying their customer needs and wants.
